          Indian best teak wood flooring is composed of two or more layers of wood in the form of a plank. The top layer is the wood that is visible when the flooring is installed and is adhered to the core. The increased stability of engineered wood is achieved by running each layer at a 90° angle to the layer above. This stability makes it a universal product that can be installed over all types of indoor stadiums. Like Badminton, volley Ball, Basket Ball, Boxing, Weightlifting, table Tennis, Wrestling, Gymnastics, Skating, Fencing, Judo, Sepaktakraw, sqush.. etc. 

 

The specifications of the wooden flooring are as under:

1.Polyethylene paper shall be laid on the new concrete floor.

2.Anti-termite treatment to the Ground Floor & wood used for flooring is treated with Anti-termite and Pu and the timber will be kiln &seasoned..

3.Runner size 3X2” Non-Teak Wood Fixed on Straight direction and fixed to flooring in new concrete.

4.Top flooring Teak Wood planks of size 20 mmx57mm finishing thick

With jointing Tongue & groove. In size (3 ft&2 ft) shall be installed on the runners.

5.The runners have 10mm thickness cushion rubbers (pads) properly stapled at 12 distances. These cushion rubbers are four conical Thermal rubber with reverse cavity.

6.The floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with drum sander –three times –i.e. coarse, medium &fine sand paper.

7.One coat of deep penetrating sealer and two coats of melamine Polish finish shall be applied.

8.Fixing with suitable screws and nails

1.Single batten system with high shock absorbency and resilience.

2.Comply with EN 14904 - Class A4 standard.

3.Installed over uneven concrete, using different leveling methods, depending on the construction height.

4.For minor adjustment over partly leveled concrete use bitumen paper. The construction height excluding packing is 64mm.

5.Using the unique wedge and up to 2 raiser blocks, the floor system can cover construction heights from 84 to 144mm.

6.Build-in deformation control of elastic shock pads and heavy duty loading capacity.

7.Fast and easy to install.

 

PRO II Product Details 

 

PRO II is a high performance single layer batten system, installed over uneven concrete using different leveling material depending on required construction height. Construction height including 22mm parquet flooring board, without additional packing, is 64mm. Comply with EN 14904, class A4 standard.

Components:

1.22x130x2180mm solid hardwood flooring boards (For wood species, see related products)

2.2.2x45mm machine nails,

3.PRO II battens, 30x58x3500mm c/c 363.3mm or 311.4mm, with shock pads every 500mm c/c.

4.Packing, e.g. KTL wedges, yellow wedges, plywood, bitumen paper, 5.5packings/m2

5.Min 0.20mm PE-folio (over concrete)

6.Concrete

PRO III is a high performance single layer batten system, installed over uneven concrete using different leveling material depending on required construction height. - PRO III battens, 45x58x3750mm c/c 363.3mm or 311.4mm, with shock pads every 750mm c/c.

- Packing, e.g. KTL wedges, yellow wedges, plywood, bitumen paper, only 3.7 packings/m2

- Min 0.20mm PE-folio (over concrete)

- Concrete

Installation the imported wooden flooring

 

1) 6 mil Polyethylene paper shall be laid on the IPS Surface As vapour Barrier

2) Anti-termite treatment to the Ground Floor & wood used for flooring is treated with Anti-termite and Pu and the timber will be kiln &seasoned.

3) Runner anti-termite treated of Spruce/Fir or Pine of size 38 mm X 63.5 mm to be placed on the Floor treated with Borate shall be installed at 15’’Distance

4) Top flooring steam beech wood , North American Maple and Heavea in size 20mmx 63.5mm/83mm kiln Seasoned and Treated planks of Size20 mm finishing thick with jointing Tongue & groove. In size 300mm – 1830mm As per Random Length shall be installed on the runners.

5) The runners have 19mm bio-power pads thickness cushion rubbers (pads) properly stapled at 12” distance.

6) The floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with drum sander-three times -i.e.Coarse,Medium, & fine Grade Sand Paper

7) Thereafter it shall be machine buffed using 150 grit paper

8) One coat of Deep Penetrating Gym Sealer and two coats of gym finish shall be applied

9) All Materials used in flooring is imported only

10) Fixing with suitable screws and nails with Air compressed gun machine.

11) The floor is FIBA approved and Din Tested
